Tea Branding Identity for Teh Cap Arca
Teh Cap Arca unveils a tea branding identity celebrating cultural folk art through fine line drawings and tactile box packaging.
Created by Impro Studio with Muhammad Alif, Luthfi Muhammad Latif, Ahmad Fauzi, Muklas Budi, Ganang Cakra, Muhammad Fazryan, and Aria Daniel, the work looks back at vintage tea wrappers. The team builds this tea branding identity around a carved stone icon. Fine leaf lines, birds, and local plants frame the figure on each box. Each tea blend uses its own distinct shade. Deep green marks the black tea from Sumatera. Bright blue marks the jasmine tea from Priangan. Warm red-brown marks the oolong tea from Wonosobo. A custom script mark sits above bold block caps for a strong look on the shelf.
Tea branding identity and packaging system
The visual system balances old motifs with a sharp modern grid. Early hand sketches turn into crisp vector art. This keeps the warm spirit of old print cuts while staying clean across every pack size. The layout gives ample space to each element. Open negative space lets the dense line art breathe. Side panels show steep times, tasting notes, and origin facts with simple type and neat columns. Every tea label feels direct, clear, and easy to read during a daily tea brew.
The physical pieces bring the visual story to life across print goods. Matte tins, paper labels, and slide boxes feature fine foil stamp details on raw board. Heavy card tags, loose leaf guides, and small foil pouches carry this tea branding identity through each steep. The full tea branding identity links old folk style with fresh craft packaging.
