Brand Identity: GGN Incorporadora by Fall Falci
Fall Falci develops a robust brand identity for Brazilian construction firm GGN, balancing monumental typography with raw masonry substrates.
Rooted in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, GGN has steadily expanded its footprint across southeastern Brazil. Originating with residential builds, the company has grown into complex multi-unit residential towers, commercial logistics facilities, and industrial warehouses. To reflect this operational scale, Brazilian design studio Fall Falci® developed an expansive visual identity that mirrors the precision of structural engineering, strategic business governance, and urban responsibility.
At the center of the visual language sits a monolithic logotype engineered as an architectural block. Fall Falci stripped away decorative gestures in favor of pure geometric proportion, defined corner angles, and subtle interior radii that anchor the letters with undeniable weight. Alongside the primary logotype, the studio introduced a modular iconography set—geometric shapes including circular quadrants, arches, and triangles that systematically represent architecture, engineering, and design disciplines.
Typography operates as the primary structural armature across all collateral. Fall Falci established a strict dual hierarchy: an authoritative grotesk typeface handles headline displays, while utilitarian monospaced typography structures technical specifications, site coordinates, and legal disclosures. Set using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, these metadata lines emulate architectural blueprints, construction permits, and engineering dossiers with calibrated precision.
The chromatic system relies on controlled contrasts between deep petrol blue, earthy terracotta, and sober forest olive, grounded by an off-white limestone cream foundation. Rather than relying on generic real estate tropes, the palette reflects raw job site materials like oxidized steel, excavation clay, and cured concrete. In print, Fall Falci prioritized tactile physical production: duplexed cotton business cards with deep terracotta debossing, textured blue envelopes, and heavy steel ring binders for project documentation.
From monumental perimeter site hoardings and highway totems to digital screens and corporate stationery, the resulting brand identity establishes GGN as a confident, enduring force in contemporary Brazilian construction.
